We want you to be fully satisfied with your Xpandlaces purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused laces and hardware back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
